Agnieszka Kosik appointed as Brainlabs’ Poland CEO

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Agnieszka Kosik as CEO, Poland as we continue our global expansion plans.

Kosik’s initial remit is to focus on rapidly building out the Brainlabs’ brand and operations across Poland. In 2024, her role and remit will expand to building out the agency’s capabilities across the entire CEE region.

Joining Brainlabs from Meta where she held the role of Head of Poland, Kosik was responsible for overseeing strategy, delivery of results and managing the rapid growth of Meta’s Poland team. She also spearheaded its Client Advisory Board, collaborating its activity across the organisation.

Prior to Meta, Kosik was CEO of MediaCom Poland, where under her leadership she grew the agency to become the largest media agency in the country, and tripled its profits. Having joined as Managing Director in 2003, Aga worked with clients such as Coca Cola, Mars, P&G and Play. She has also held a senior leadership role at OMD.

On Aga’s appointment:

Daniel Gilbert, Global CEO of Brainlabs, commented: “I am over the moon that a shining talent and high performance advocate like Aga has chosen Brainlabs as her new career home, and can’t wait to see her in action as we build Brainlabs to become the biggest independent media agency in the world. Poland is an exciting new market for us, so Aga’s appointment plays a critical part in the organic expansion of our geographical footprint and brings us one step closer to our ambition of being a truly global organisation!”

Agnieszka Kosik added: “I am a true believer in the singular power of measurement and econometrics as a vital tool for marketing and advertising, and Brainlabs lives and breathes this at its core. I’ve been hugely impressed, not only by their work with an enviable client portfolio, but in how they incorporate their cultural values into everything they do – from the development of their technology to the learning and development of their wonderful people. I’d like to thank Stephen Allan and Daniel Gilbert for this special opportunity.”
