Our 2023 Be Heard Survey Results
All Brainlabbers are invited to complete our anonymous Be Heard Survey twice per year.
We target a minimum of 70% participation rate for each of our surveys so that the results are representative of the wider Brainlabs population and have met this target so far, but are hoping to push it even further in our next survey!
We include one eNPS question in all of our surveys to help us get an overall metric on the level of engagement of the company as a whole. As you’ll see below we saw a huge step up in the responses to this question across our last two surveys.

Although we expect this to continue to fluctuate as we continue to adapt and shift our focus as a company, our aim is to see this to continue to move in a positive direction with a target of meeting the industry benchmark for Media & Marketing agencies of our size, which is 86%.
Below, we are sharing the global results across every question we ask. We also do much more in-depth analysis internally. We’ve also included a summary of our resultant action plan, and the status of each of the projects, as well as commentary on each section from Dan Gilbert (Global CEO) and Claire Lawrence (Global Chief People Officer).

- Move towards a new organisational structure with clear levels, accountability and skill-based roles has delivered clearly defined career paths for all Brainlabbers
- Roll out a new platform to give visibility on skill-based career paths and next steps
- Develop a programme for high performers to receive ‘Career Steer’ conversations with a senior Brainlabber
- Invest our entry level hiring programme and prioritise filling senior roles internally
- Launching our Academy programme in Buenos Aires to reinvest in entry level talent, creating more development opportunities for the whole company
- Develop a new, globally consistent and clearer promotions process
