Ali Goodman Joins Brainlabs as Managing Partner, North America

With more than 15 years of experience across media agencies and global platforms, Ali brings a unique blend of agency discipline and platform innovation—most recently serving as Global Account Director at TikTok—to help power Brainlabs’ North America next phase of growth.

At TikTok, Ali led global account strategy for major advertisers, with a focus on strengthening partnerships with legacy clients like Anheuser-Busch InBev and Coca-Cola, while driving category growth in beauty and luxury with brands such as Estée Lauder and LVMH. Her role was central to building scalable, mutually beneficial partnerships—grounded in performance metrics, audience insights, and platform-first creativity. Ali’s deep understanding of how brands can harness emerging channels to deliver measurable business outcomes aligns directly with Brainlabs’ mission to deliver high-performance media results.

Prior to TikTok, Ali built her media career at GroupM and UM, where she spent over a decade leading integrated media strategy and planning for high-profile clients including Uber, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser-Busch. She has consistently driven transformative results, earning her a reputation as a trusted advisor across some of the world’s most iconic brands.

In her new role at Brainlabs, Ali will act as a key strategic advisor to major North American clients, responsible for deepening relationships, leading big-name pitches, and driving revenue through Brainlabs’ full-service media solutions.

With offices spanning North America, Europe, Latin America, and APAC, Brainlabs is an independent agency serving major clients including Estée Lauder Companies, AT&T, and Walmart. Over the past year, the agency has demonstrated remarkable market momentum, achieving 60 percent year-over-year growth in North America and an impressive 74 percent new business conversion rate. These figures underscore Brainlabs’ strategic positioning in the competitive media landscape—making Ali’s hire a pivotal move in supporting continued expansion.
