How does the Brainlabs Academy work?
- We rigorously test and interview applicants for you.
- We provide top candidates with an intensive ten-week training program.
- Candidates are available for interview after eight weeks.
- After the 10-week program, we can provide ongoing support and additional training every month.
We also provide secondment options for senior experts in paid search, paid social, or programmatic display.
Whether you need cover for parental leave or a short-term injection of senior expertise, we can offer in-house or split site secondments. Our consultants are available part-time or full-time depending on your needs for one month minimum, and can support with projects such as channel expansion or strategy overview.
