Daniel heads up Brainlabs US. Having helped to grow Brainlabs UK during the past five years, he is now leading the US team to similarly epic growth in America. He has a masters from Oxford University, supports Arsenal FC, and believes that beans on toast for breakfast is a noble protest against the avocado.

Joining in 2016 as an experienced paid search account manager, Kat is now Head of Biddable for our stateside operations, managing teams across both London and Austin. The last few years have seen the US biddable division grow from 5 to 35, with clients all over the US from Idaho to NYC. Outside of work, Kat’s a keen traveller and outdoorsy type – she recently learnt to surf in Portugal, and has plans to hike across an Icelandic glacier.

As Managing Partner of Brainlabs two primary US hives, Tom builds and fosters client relationships in the region. Tom comes to Brainlabs with over 15 years of experience in client acquisition and retention. Before Brainlabs, Tom was the VP of Revenue at Hanapin Marketing where his efforts assisted in 6 consecutive Inc 5000 honors and record-breaking client acquisition and retention. Tom is passionate about helping businesses grow, both in his current role and as a mentor in the local startup community.

Operating Partner Carrie is an avid ambassador for everything Paid Search. She contributes to the PPC Hero blog and regularly speaks at conferences such as State of Search and Hero Conf. With a Masters degree in Policy Analysis focusing on statistics and economics, she’s also no stranger to numbers. This numerical know-how allows her to successfully supercharge client revenue and return. Her passion for Paid Search success is only rivalled by one thing: her love for her two rescued pitbulls, Amadeus and Twiggy.

In his role as Operating Partner, Jeff leverages his thirteen-year record of success scaling PPC accounts and building strong relationships to ensure client success. He regularly shares his extensive knowledge across industry press and speaks at leading conferences across the US and Europe. Like many of our team, Jeff’s the outdoorsy type, and thinks there’s nothing better than being with mother nature for ten miles at a time. Not only that, he’s also a history buff and self-confessed WW2 nerd.

As a Head of Biddable, Rich is responsible for a division of 50 paid social, search, programmatic display and technology specialists. His goal is to understand the challenges our clients face, and then build bespoke, cross-functional teams that can deliver real value to businesses. When he isn’t marketing, he’s learning Italian. He also loves DJing, and hosts a radio show at the Roundhouse.

As an Operating Partner, Tabatha (unsurprisingly) focuses on the Operations side of things. Ever the maths graduate, her flair for numbers regularly comes in handy, whether she’s analysing quarterly client feedback, or conducting analysis of the link between market volatility and digital marketing performance. In her spare time, Tabatha is a serial hobbyist, always picking up something new; currently she’s rowing, drumming, tap dancing, and learning Latin (not all at the same time).

After studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in PR, Jess worked in a local government press office and was glad to find that it wasn’t much like ‘The Thick of It’ at all. Since then she’s worked across the public, private and non-profit sectors before joining as a partner in our London office.

As a Partner, Liam is responsible for growing our nascent Los Angeles client base. Liam has a master’s from Oxford in history and politics and is a keen footballer (both as player and supporter). He has been at Brainlabs almost since it began in 2012.

Louis has brought with him deep expertise in content strategy, which he’s enjoyed developing over the last several years. When he’s not head down in SEO, he’s likely aiming to check out all best restaurants NYC has to offer. Outside of work, he also values his Italian & Cuban descent.

Sergey earned his Marketing and Communications degree from The University of Washington, and has been helping clients’ websites rank organically for the past 5 years. Sergey has also been involved with the creation of iOS games, iOS social applications, and various website launches ranging from plumbers to tech-companies.
