As Global Managing Director, Matt is responsible for delivering excellence to our clients, creating world-class products and driving New Business across the UK and the US. Having been Group Chief Executive Officer of Havas UK&I, Managing Director of Dentsu’s iProspect and Managing Partner at MEC, Matt has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands. He is a contributor to Campaign and hugely passionate about creating diverse and supportive workplaces that allow talent to thrive.

As COO, Irene is responsible for global operations and processes, ensuring that everything we do at Brainlabs is scalable and best practice. Originally hailing from Spain, she initially planned to give London a go ‘for a couple of years’… and then never left. In the decade since, Irene’s worked for the likes of Tesco, eBay, and Ben’s Cookies, leaving time to unwind… by climbing to Everest base camp.

During the past 20 years, Jim has successfully built and exited a number of high profile digital marketing agencies and technology businesses. He is passionate about building businesses, digital marketing, golf, football, tennis, dogs, and his family.

As CMO Anu is keen on pushing ahead the key values of the Brainlabs culture and to ensure every employee feels part of Brainlabs success, both present and future. She has had many years of experience working across different digital agencies to push efficiently small & large, Paid search strategies – something she has done very successfully. Her driving passion so far has been Excel and automation, two topics she has spoken on at several conferences. Outside work – she loves riding her motorbike, singing and travelling.

Will’s academic background is in mathematics, with a degree from the University of Cambridge (St. John’s College) including a graduate thesis on auction theory. Previous jobs included programmer, strategy consultant in the telecoms industry and floor sweeper. He hated sweeping, and much preferred his role as CEO of Distilled.

As Global SVP of Product & Technology, Mark defines Brainlabs’ global product strategy, bringing his deep expertise in digital and offline media from seven and a half years at Essence. His goal is to help marketers solve communications challenges through both a scientific and experimental lens, and lead our in-housing consultancy practice in the UK and the US. Before Essence, he created and established Walker-i, the digital media division of Walker Media, and held a number roles in digital, and TV media at Carat, EHS (Havas) and BLM.

As Head of GMP, Will helps our clients use the Google Marketing Platform stack to further their digital marketing goals. With a degree from Oxford, Will works with our clients to integrate their marketing strategy, 1st party data and technology to maximise performance.

Ben has a computer science degree and many years experience in technology and technology companies. With a BA and master’s from Oxford, Leo has spoken at Search Love Boston, and Google, and delivered projects for clients such as Expedia, F1, and WorldPay. If she hadn’t joined Brainlabs, Leo would probably have been an opera singer instead.

As an Operating Partner, Tabatha (unsurprisingly) focuses on the Operations side of things. Ever the maths graduate, her flair for numbers regularly comes in handy, whether she’s analysing quarterly client feedback, or conducting analysis of the link between market volatility and digital marketing performance. In her spare time, Tabatha is a serial hobbyist, always picking up something new; currently she’s rowing, drumming, tap dancing, and learning Latin (not all at the same time).

As a Head of Biddable, Rich is responsible for a division of 50 paid social, search, programmatic display, and technology specialists. His goal is to understand the challenges our clients face, and then build bespoke, cross-functional teams that can deliver real value to businesses. When he isn’t marketing, he’s learning Italian. He also loves DJing, and hosts a radio show at the Roundhouse.

With a BA in Land Economy from Cambridge, Alice is applying precisely none of her degree learnings in her role leading the global People Operations function. She joined Brainlabs as a graduate recruiter back in 2015 when we were a company of just thirty people. Alice has (not so) secret ambitions to leave us to become a pasta chef when she hits midlife crisis age, but for now she’s happy throwing flour around her kitchen outside of work hours.

Tom comes to Brainlabs with over 15 years of experience in client acquisition and retention. Before Brainlabs, Tom was the VP of Revenue at Hanapin Marketing where his efforts assisted in 6 consecutive Inc 5000 honors and record-breaking client acquisition and retention. Tom is passionate about helping businesses grow, both in his current role and as a mentor in the local startup community.
