Mark defines Brainlabs’ product strategy, bringing his deep expertise in digital and offline media from 7 years at Essence. Before Essence, he established Walker-i, the digital media division of Walker Media, and held a number of roles in digital, and TV media at Carat, EHS (Havas) and BLM.

Compare The Market’s data architecture will be in the capable hands of Will. Will paved the way for predictive lead scoring at Google for their very own marketing of the Google Ads product. Alongside this, he also built multi- award winning AI for them, achieving Campaign 2020’s Best Use of AI, Breakthrough Technology.

Lara is responsible for building best in class digital marketing teams and client partnerships. She has 15 years’ industry experience in global, regional, and local agency roles with the likes of Publicis Media & Mindshare UK, spanning both multi-channel comms strategy and activation for brands including Nespresso, Depop, and Carwow.

With 12 years of industry experience, Jamie is well placed to support Compare The Market’s growth ambitions. He is no stranger to the insurance world, having worked within multi-product finance solutions through AXA and SunLife. He is also no stranger to Sergei, having been made to dress up as him on his stag do.

Working as UK Head of Social whilst leading biddable strategy for huge household names such as Pret a Manger and Harrods, Katie is the definition of a double threat. Since joining Brainlabs as an Oxford graduate, she has been making waves in the advertising space, including leading the digital strategy behind the launch of Pret’s coffee subscription model.

As our resident Search Champion, Tom ensures all our clients are well positioned across the search landscape. Tom’s innovative approach to SEM resulted in an upgrade to the agency-wide account structure approach. Having led successful agency-wide testing, Tom is now working closely with Google to roll-out his D’Artagnan structure as global PPC best practice.
